Обязанности

  • To process Purchase Order for the planned marketing activities within the approved budget
  • To review the Claim submission against the guideline and perform fair market value analysis prior to payment process
  • To perform Month End Close activities and ensure smooth completion of month end close process, coordinating with other finance function on passing the relevant journal entries in the accounting system.
  • To manage Purchase Order savings & overspend, and perform net financial impact analysis
  • To ensure all processing activities mentioned above are performed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with Company policies and procedures and SOX controls
  • To deliver stable, predictable and reliable core services that meets within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • To provide ad hoc assistance and support to the stakeholder to ensure that the objectives are met
  • To handle customer/vendor inquiry and payment related matters as well as other Compliance related issue on a daily basis
  • To interface with sales & marketing team, cross functional team, customer or vendor for issue resolution
  • To keep up to date on applicable guideline and utilize independent judgment in the application of those guideline
  • To update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry in order to maintain dashboard for resources management & issues resolution
  • To perform Operation Matrix on a timely manner to measure the efficiency and effectively of the operation.
  • To Identify and develop processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness (data management and documentation) or any continuous improvements opportunities
  • To develop partnership with key stakeholder that drives the company’s revenue goals via innovative and simplifies process improvements, accurate reporting and efficient marketing operation management.
